Secure cyber risk across your supply chain, deliver without disruption

Manufacturing runs on precision, timing and trusted vendors. Cynapze gives you full visibility over your supply chain cyber risk to guarantee operational resilience at every step.

The challenge

Where third-party risk catches manufacturers off guard

01

One supplier down, the whole line stops

A compromised parts supplier or logistics partner can halt production as effectively as a direct attack, and every idle hour adds up fast.

02

A supply chain with hundreds of entry points

Between component suppliers, OEM partners and industrial software, manufacturers carry one of the largest, most interconnected vendor footprints of any sector.

03

Reviews that age out before the next one

A supplier's posture shifts constantly, but most industrial reviews run yearly, leaving long stretches where nobody is watching.

04

NIS2 obligations on a supplier list nobody fully owns

Proving that critical ICT suppliers are monitored and documented is now required, yet many industrial registers are incomplete or out of date.

05

Operational technology that legacy tools don't reach

Programs built for office IT often miss the vendors connected to production and industrial control systems, the ones a disruption would hurt most.

06

Risk data spread across plants and procurement teams

Contracts, certifications and incident history live in different systems across sites, making one consolidated view of exposure hard to get.

The solution

One platform for manufacturing companies third-party risk management

Step 01 of 04

Daily Supplier Monitoring

Vendor portfolio: every monitored vendor with security score, business criticality, type and status

Track each supplier across 10 risk categories, from patching cadence to network exposure, with scores refreshed daily for the partners that matter most.

Bring component suppliers, OEM partners and software vendors into one register, auto-detected and classified from detected to managed, instead of separate lists per plant.

Map what sits behind your suppliers and how they interconnect, so a breach two layers down surfaces before it becomes a production risk.

Benchmark any supplier against your full portfolio to identify which relationships carry disproportionate risk.

Step 02 of 04

Standardized Onboarding

Adding a vendor: AI-detected third and fourth parties, then a business criticality suggested from peer benchmarks

Send questionnaires built around NIS2 and ISO 27001, reusable across sites and supplier categories.

Assess a supplier once, then project the result onto every framework you report on.

Let suppliers respond through a single link, so onboarding a component vendor doesn't stall in an email thread.

Convert a flagged gap into a remediation plan with an owner and a deadline, tracked until closed.

Step 03 of 04

Risk Tied to Production Impact

Risk matrix: vendors by business criticality and security rating, from safer to riskier

Combine each supplier's grade with the criticality of what they provide, so a packaging vendor and a control-systems integrator are never treated the same.

Match emerging threats against your suppliers, with intelligence from European and global authorities, to know who is affected within hours.

Set alerts on suppliers tied to critical production steps, or when a provider you share with others is affected.

Pull one view of the suppliers combining weak security with high operational impact, the ones to review first.

Step 04 of 04

One Register, Every Site

Frameworks readiness matrix for your vendors across DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST CSF and SOC 2

Generate reports mapped to NIS2 and ISO 27001, ready for an auditor or leadership without weeks of prep.

Track compliance readiness from a single control set projected across every framework.

Centralize certifications and attestations, with expiry tracking so nothing lapses unnoticed.

Grant scoped access to auditors, and keep a full history of assessments and remediation across every plant.

Built for industrial risk and procurement teams who need a clear supplier register without slowing down production.

Outcomes

A supplier risk program built for the factory floor, not just the office

Cynapze gives industrial risk teams one place to monitor, assess and document supplier security, across every plant and every part of the production chain.

Built for manufacturing companiesAdapts to your regulatory realityInsights from day one
1

Full supplier visibility

From component makers to OEM partners, one continuously updated view of where your industrial exposure sits, including fourth parties.

2

Issues caught before production stops

Daily score refreshes mean a dropped grade reaches your team within a day, not at the next yearly review.

3

A bigger program, not a bigger team

Send questionnaires, collect evidence, validate responses and track remediation across hundreds of vendors from one platform.

4

Audit-ready in a few clicks

Pull NIS2 and ISO 27001-aligned reports straight from your supplier data whenever oversight needs to be demonstrated.

5

Faster & smarter risk prioritization

Combine supplier security scores with operational criticality to know which relationships deserve attention first.

What is Cynapze?
Cynapze is a third-party risk management platform. It helps organizations monitor, assess, and document the cybersecurity posture of their vendors and suppliers, all from one place.
Who is Cynapze built for?
Cynapze is built for organizations that need to manage vendor risk at scale, from security teams and risk officers to finance leaders who need visibility without becoming security experts.
How is Cynapze different from a spreadsheet or a manual review process?
Manual processes go stale the moment they're finished. Cynapze replaces static, point-in-time reviews with continuous monitoring, structured assessments, and a single record of every vendor's risk over time.
Do I need a security background to use Cynapze?
No. The platform is designed for both technical and non-technical roles, with role-based views that adapt to what each person on your team actually needs to see.
Can Cynapze scale with my vendor portfolio as it grows?
Yes. Whether you're managing a handful of vendors or several dozen, Cynapze is built to add vendors, assign criticality, and track risk without the process breaking down as your portfolio grows.
How long does it take to get started?
After creating your account, a guided setup walks you through completing your company profile, inviting team members, and adding your first vendors. Every step can be skipped and resumed later.
What do I need to add a vendor?
Just the vendor's name and domain to begin monitoring. From there, you can assign criticality, send assessment questionnaires, and build out their full risk profile over time.
Can I invite my team to use the platform?
Yes. Company admins can invite team members and assign them roles that determine what they can see and do within the platform.
What happens after I add a vendor?
Once a vendor is added, you can choose to actively manage them, which triggers ongoing monitoring, lets you send assessment questionnaires, and allows you to track remediation plans tied to their risk profile.
How do I get help if I run into an issue?
A help center with searchable articles and contextual guidance is available directly in the platform, alongside a contact form for direct support requests.
What subscription tiers does Cynapze offer?
Four tiers: Freemium, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier increases the number of vendors you can actively manage and the depth and frequency of monitoring data available.
How many vendors can I manage on each tier?
Freemium does not include active vendor management. Silver supports up to 10 managed vendors, Gold up to 25, and Platinum up to 50.
Is there a free trial?
Cynapze does not currently offer a time-limited free trial. The Freemium tier lets you explore the platform with a one-time vendor score, without an ongoing subscription.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed annually. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscription cancellation is handled by our support team rather than through self-service. Reach out and we'll take care of it.
Does Cynapze help with NIS2 compliance?
Yes. Cynapze includes questionnaire templates aligned to NIS2 requirements and gives you the continuous monitoring, documentation, and audit trail needed to demonstrate supplier oversight.
Does Cynapze help with DORA compliance?
Yes. Cynapze covers the ICT third-party risk management pillar of DORA, with continuous monitoring of ICT providers, structured due diligence, and reporting aligned to DORA's documentation expectations.
Does Cynapze cover GDPR requirements?
Cynapze helps you monitor and document the security posture of vendors processing personal data on your behalf, supporting the due diligence expectations under Article 28. It is not a full GDPR compliance management tool.
Can I generate compliance reports directly from Cynapze?
Yes. You can generate reports from your vendor data aligned to the frameworks you work with, ready to share with auditors, regulators, or your own leadership.
Does Cynapze automatically map my vendor data to specific regulatory controls?
Not automatically. Cynapze gives you the structured data, documentation, and audit trail that support your compliance work, but framework-to-control mapping is not an automated feature in the current version.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted on a SecNumCloud sovereign cloud, the qualification issued by ANSSI, the French national cybersecurity agency, with no dependency on US cloud providers. This reflects a deliberate choice to support data sovereignty for European organizations.
Is Cynapze built with European compliance standards in mind?
Yes. The platform's hosting and infrastructure choices are built around European digital sovereignty principles, reflecting the regulatory environment our customers operate in.
Is my company's data isolated from other Cynapze customers?
Yes. Cynapze is a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation between companies. Each organization only has access to its own data and the vendors it manages.
Who can see my vendor risk data inside my organization?
Access is role-based. Company admins control which roles can see what, including detailed technical findings, so sensitive data stays restricted to the people who need it.
Where does Cynapze get its security data from?
Cynapze integrates with SecurityScorecard, an established security ratings provider, as its data source. Cynapze adds the layer on top: vendor categorization, risk prioritization, questionnaires, remediation tracking, and reporting.
