Cyber Threat Intelligence

Cyber Threat Intelligence, matched to your vendors.

A generic feed tells you a threat exists. Cynapze tells you which of your vendors it affects, with intelligence from European and global sources and the origin of every signal.

Cynapze platform - Cyber Threat Intelligence
The challenge

Where generic threat feeds leave gaps

01

Alerts with no bearing on you

A feed of every new vulnerability says nothing about which of your vendors is actually exposed.

02

Origins you can't judge

When every signal comes from a single foreign source, its provenance and relevance are hard to trust.

03

Threats found too late

By the time a vendor's exposure surfaces in a review, an attacker may already have used it.

04

No link to your own portfolio

Intelligence that isn't matched to your vendors leaves the correlation work to you.

05

Noise that buries the signal

Unranked alerts flatten a critical exposure and a minor one into the same list.

06

Nothing to act on

A warning with no path to a plan rarely turns into remediation.

The solution

Discover threat intelligence on Cynapze

Step 01 of 04

Draw on trusted sources

CTI Manager: threat signals consolidated from sovereign and European sources, with provenance and sync status

Draw on threat intelligence from European sources, alongside global feeds.

See the origin of every signal, from national authorities to EU bodies and beyond.

Weigh signals by provenance, so you know how much to trust each one.

Keep the intelligence within European infrastructure, aligned with sovereignty needs.

Step 02 of 04

Match threats to your vendors

Threat signals matched to your vendors: leaked credentials, active exploitation of a CVE and threat actor reports

Match every emerging threat against your own vendor list automatically.

See which vendors are affected within hours, not at the next review.

Extend matching to fourth parties, so shared exposure surfaces too.

Rank affected vendors by grade and criticality, so the worst rise first.

Step 03 of 04

Cut through the noise

Create Plan: choose which vendors a remediation plan covers, with open issues and critical CTI signals shown

Correlate related findings so a theme is addressed once, not one alert at a time.

Group affected vendors behind a single advisory for a coordinated response.

Suppress noise, so a genuine exposure isn't lost in the feed.

Track which advisories are still open across your portfolio.

Step 04 of 04

Act on what is relevant

Remediation Plan Manager: every plan with source, priority, status, completion and due date

Turn a relevant signal into a remediation plan with an owner and a due date.

Notify the owners of every affected vendor at the same time.

Produce an advisory summary for leadership from the same record.

Keep a full history of which threats touched which vendors, and when.

Outcomes

Intelligence that points at your own suppliers

Cynapze turns a raw feed into a shortlist of the vendors that matter, with the provenance to trust it and a path to act.

1

Matched to your vendors

Threats correlated with your own portfolio, not a generic list.

2

Provenance you can see

Every signal shows whether it came from an EU or non-EU source.

3

Who is affected, within hours

Exposure surfaces the same day, not at the next review.

4

Signal over noise

Related findings grouped and ranked, so the critical few stand out.

5

A path to action

Turn any advisory into a plan with an owner in one step.

What is Cynapze?
Cynapze is a third-party risk management platform. It helps organizations monitor, assess, and document the cybersecurity posture of their vendors and suppliers, all from one place.
Who is Cynapze built for?
Cynapze is built for organizations that need to manage vendor risk at scale, from security teams and risk officers to finance leaders who need visibility without becoming security experts.
How is Cynapze different from a spreadsheet or a manual review process?
Manual processes go stale the moment they're finished. Cynapze replaces static, point-in-time reviews with continuous monitoring, structured assessments, and a single record of every vendor's risk over time.
Do I need a security background to use Cynapze?
No. The platform is designed for both technical and non-technical roles, with role-based views that adapt to what each person on your team actually needs to see.
Can Cynapze scale with my vendor portfolio as it grows?
Yes. Whether you're managing a handful of vendors or several dozen, Cynapze is built to add vendors, assign criticality, and track risk without the process breaking down as your portfolio grows.
How long does it take to get started?
After creating your account, a guided setup walks you through completing your company profile, inviting team members, and adding your first vendors. Every step can be skipped and resumed later.
What do I need to add a vendor?
Just the vendor's name and domain to begin monitoring. From there, you can assign criticality, send assessment questionnaires, and build out their full risk profile over time.
Can I invite my team to use the platform?
Yes. Company admins can invite team members and assign them roles that determine what they can see and do within the platform.
What happens after I add a vendor?
Once a vendor is added, you can choose to actively manage them, which triggers ongoing monitoring, lets you send assessment questionnaires, and allows you to track remediation plans tied to their risk profile.
How do I get help if I run into an issue?
A help center with searchable articles and contextual guidance is available directly in the platform, alongside a contact form for direct support requests.
What subscription tiers does Cynapze offer?
Four tiers: Freemium, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier increases the number of vendors you can actively manage and the depth and frequency of monitoring data available.
How many vendors can I manage on each tier?
Freemium does not include active vendor management. Silver supports up to 10 managed vendors, Gold up to 25, and Platinum up to 50.
Is there a free trial?
Cynapze does not currently offer a time-limited free trial. The Freemium tier lets you explore the platform with a one-time vendor score, without an ongoing subscription.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed annually. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscription cancellation is handled by our support team rather than through self-service. Reach out and we'll take care of it.
Does Cynapze help with NIS2 compliance?
Yes. Cynapze includes questionnaire templates aligned to NIS2 requirements and gives you the continuous monitoring, documentation, and audit trail needed to demonstrate supplier oversight.
Does Cynapze help with DORA compliance?
Yes. Cynapze covers the ICT third-party risk management pillar of DORA, with continuous monitoring of ICT providers, structured due diligence, and reporting aligned to DORA's documentation expectations.
Does Cynapze cover GDPR requirements?
Cynapze helps you monitor and document the security posture of vendors processing personal data on your behalf, supporting the due diligence expectations under Article 28. It is not a full GDPR compliance management tool.
Can I generate compliance reports directly from Cynapze?
Yes. You can generate reports from your vendor data aligned to the frameworks you work with, ready to share with auditors, regulators, or your own leadership.
Does Cynapze automatically map my vendor data to specific regulatory controls?
Not automatically. Cynapze gives you the structured data, documentation, and audit trail that support your compliance work, but framework-to-control mapping is not an automated feature in the current version.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted on a SecNumCloud sovereign cloud, the qualification issued by ANSSI, the French national cybersecurity agency, with no dependency on US cloud providers. This reflects a deliberate choice to support data sovereignty for European organizations.
Is Cynapze built with European compliance standards in mind?
Yes. The platform's hosting and infrastructure choices are built around European digital sovereignty principles, reflecting the regulatory environment our customers operate in.
Is my company's data isolated from other Cynapze customers?
Yes. Cynapze is a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation between companies. Each organization only has access to its own data and the vendors it manages.
Who can see my vendor risk data inside my organization?
Access is role-based. Company admins control which roles can see what, including detailed technical findings, so sensitive data stays restricted to the people who need it.
Where does Cynapze get its security data from?
Cynapze integrates with SecurityScorecard, an established security ratings provider, as its data source. Cynapze adds the layer on top: vendor categorization, risk prioritization, questionnaires, remediation tracking, and reporting.
